Jaynestreet Ltd are a major provider of affordable student accommodation in Ormskirk for students attending Edge Hill University. We are a family run business who have provided properties for the student population for many years and have built up a solid and well respected reputation for quality, service and affordability. The benefits of renting student accommodation with Jaynestreet Ltd are as follows:

  • We are recognised by Edge Hill University as an accredited member of West Lancashire Landlords Association.
  • We don’t believe that student accommodation should be a lower quality than standard rental accommodation. All properties are maintained to a high standard to ensure that your time at university is enjoyable and you don’t have worries about accommodation issues.
  • Our rental prices are fully inclusive of all bills (e.g. gas, electric, water, communal TV licence, BT broadband and BT line rental).
  • All our properties meet the relevant Healthy and Safety requirements as well as Fire regulations.
  • All our student houses in Ormskirk are off campus and located in the town centre where are students can enjoy the local bars, restaurants and shops.

Meet the team...

Rebecca Brougham

Office Manager BA (Hons) English PGCE. Rebecca studied at Edge Hill for 3 years and is familiar with the student life on/off campus and she has also worked for student accommodation in Ormskirk prior to running the family company and therefore is educated in the field.

Eleanor Loftus

Lettings Manager BA (Hons) Media Culture and Communication MSC Fashion Communication and Styling. Eleanor has studied and worked in Milan, living in student accommodation abroad she understands what makes a positive student living experience. Also working in a modelling agency, she looked after the international models, assigning them their model accommodation, handling any issues that they had with the properties.
